Today we visited the United States Capitol building. Each state is allowed to send two statues of historical figures to the Capitol for display. The statues have to be of people who are no longer living, must be full body statues, and can only be made of bronze or marble. Do you know who this historical figure is? Do you know his contribution to the State of Nebraska?
